I had some major work done at the office - crowns, implants , bonding . I had the option to do this overseas a lot less expensive - but ended up going with Leardi's dentistry and do not regret it. I had compared work done on myself to the others - and mine look natural and beautiful. I never realized how conscious I was about smiling, and lately have been getting a lot of compliments on my smile.
Office stuff is pleasant as well and they are definitely important to overall experience. We had some mess ups over the years, on mine and offices part, but the important thing was they were always professional, courteous , accommodating and willing to work with you - from juggling appointments to setting up schedule for the payments.
